Jon Peterman

Jon has over 30 years of varied business experience. Prior to starting JKP solutions in 2009 he held senior management positions in manufacturing, operations, supply chain and at general manager level in the UK, China and France for international blue-chip companies.
During his corporate career Jon gained considerable strategic, change management, project implementation and resource management experience. His career has also involved the successful management of both start-up and closures of facilities. He has also grown and managed his own property portfolio. Jon is also a trustee and treasurer of young persons mental health charity.
Jon’s varied experiences have given him a unique understanding of the relationship between time, money and people and how to get the three working in balance and he has become extremely customer focused especially through his involvement with sales and marketing teams. He has proven ability in developing the skill sets of his teams to enable him to focus on defining and implementing forward looking strategies. This is an area Jon is passionate about and he believes is crucial for business owners so they can focus on the strategic development of their business to provide them with the lifestyle they deserve.
As the founder of JKP Solutions Jon helps business owners using a combination of his extensive business experience and the proven JKP systems generated over the last ten years to provide step by step solutions, along with key performance measures that will allow them to achieve the financial and personal rewards they are looking for.
Jon lives in Finchley with his wife Karen, they have two daughters who have both now finished university and are in the world of work. He enjoys supporting them all in their various activities. Jon also enjoys photography as well as driving and maintaining his 40+ year old MG Midget which he has been brave enough to drive over to France a couple of times in recent years.
Malcolm Orchard

Malcolm worked in the corporate world in his early career quickly becoming a successful branch manager at the age of 25 for a major national trade and wholesale company.
He developed his career in the corporate world until the late 1980s when he bought into a small information technology company. During that period he negotiated and secured contracts with blue chip companies such as BT, Warner Music, Racal and Travelex. The company was subsequently sold to one of the major players within the information technology sector.
Malcolm continued to work within the information technology arena at senior management and board level for a number of years building and selling one company and securing some very prestigious multi million pound contracts with clients such as H M Land Registry, Bibliotheque Nationale de France (French National Library), Royal Mail and Virgin Atlantic amongst others.
Latterly he has run his own business as well as working as a business consultant and business development director for two leading information technology companies.
Since 2014 he has run his own advisory and coaching business engaging with SMEs to provide growth strategies and developing the key aspects of the business to ensure sustainable growth.
During his career Malcolm has engaged with all business disciplines such as Sales and Marketing, HR, operations and finance and has a clear understanding of how these business areas need to work in harmony to ensure the business objectives are achieved.
Malcolm brings a wealth of experience and passion having dealt with numerous business challenges in running both his own businesses and working in the corporate world. He has lived through the agony and the ecstasy of start-up ventures as well as understanding the pressures and culture of the corporate world.
